Which states can I use the mobile app in?

Who can I send money to?
You should only send money to people you know personally. Do not send money to strangers. You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of forming a contract to use our Service.
How do I cancel a transaction in California?
A full refund is allowed within 30 minutes if the transfer has not yet been paid out to the recipient. Contact us at 1 (866) 531-6363 promptly if you need to cancel.
How long do I have to report an error?
California customers must report transaction errors within 180 days. Call 866-531-6363 for assistance.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds go back to the original payment method in USD only. You must submit a written request. If payout has not been completed, the transaction may be cancelled and refunded. See Right to Refund in our Terms and Conditions. Refund guarantee mail may be sent to the address listed in Terms for that purpose.
